Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy applies to outstandingtinydesk.live (tiny desk ai). The product generates a short video from photos you upload. Those photos typically show faces. Read this before you upload.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — email address, display name, and sign-in details if you use Google or email login.
2. Photos you upload — the stills you send to generate a clip. They usually contain faces and may include other people in the frame.
3. Generated videos and job records — the output file, prompts, duration, aspect ratio, and status so you can replay a job.
4. Credits and orders — pack purchases and credit balance. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Usage and device data — pages used, generation errors, browser and device type, needed to run and debug the service.
6. Cookies — session and preference cookies so you stay signed in.

Photos, Faces, and AI Processing

Uploading a photo is a request to synthesize a new video that uses those likenesses. We store the files on object storage so the generator can read them and so you can retry a job. We send the file URLs (and your prompt) to the video model provider configured for that job.

We do not use your photos to train a public model of our own. The third-party model vendor processes the files to produce that one clip under their terms.

You must only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload a likeness you do not have permission to edit.

Children and Minors

The service is not for anyone under 18. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18. We may delete accounts, photos, and clips that break this rule and report them where the law requires.

How We Use the Data

• Generate the clip you asked for and show it in your account.
• Bill credits and send payment receipts.
• Fix failed jobs, abuse, and fraud.
• Reply to support mail at support@outstandingtinydesk.live.

How Long We Keep It

Finished clips remain available to download for seven days. Source photo binaries are deleted when a job completes, fails, or hits expiry cleanup, with a target retention of up to 24 hours. Remote vendor copies may lag and may need a retry. Purchased credits do not expire. Account records stay until you ask us to delete them, or we close the account for abuse or legal reasons.

Password-reset links expire in one hour. Login sessions follow the auth provider’s normal lifetime.

To delete photos, videos, or the account, email support@outstandingtinydesk.live. We will remove the files we control in object storage and the related job rows. Backups and the model vendor’s logs may lag that deletion.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• The hosting, DNS, and object-storage provider used to run the site.
• The payment provider you check out with.
• The video generation vendor configured for the job.
• Google (if you sign in with Google).
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to handle abuse reports sent to abuse@outstandingtinydesk.live.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your account data, a correction, or deletion. Use account settings where they exist, or email support@outstandingtinydesk.live.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we update the date above. Keep using the service after that date only if you accept the new policy.
